There are a huge array of tights to choose from but do they suit you? I was watching Michael, Dan and Gary run the Poole Park run this morning and you know the girls like to wear those very tight, tights. Well, some are quite fetching and it was only when Dan said ‘Hi Pops’ did I realise I was here to watch Michael, Gary and Dan running.
Doing some research I notice some tights do not flatter the wearer while others bring out the best in them. Must admit there are some tight bums, may be worth some more research. I would ask the boys to do the research but they are focused on their running, true athletes these boys. I have noticed they are doing the 5 km in about 25 minutes, no bad for beginners.
Lady Vivienne and Susan do a 5-mile walk on Saturday mornings and they wear very fetching tights. These two well-proportioned ladies are a joy to behold as they stride off on the Castleman Trail.
Today is St David’s day, a good monk who was born in a wealthy family. From what I can work out he was instrumental in building some 50 odd monasteries throughout Wales. Died on the 1st March 589. The Walsh traditionally wear daffodils and Leeks and eat Walsh cakes and other typical Walsh dishes. Not much else to tell really, just another fellow who did something a good many years ago.
But the legend goes further, he is also known as David the Dragonslayer. In fact, when he was asked to slay the dragon he refused. Instead, he said he would see what he could do. The story goes that he went and had a quiet word with the dragon and he stopped his dragon kind of behaviour. He did not slay the dragon, more like talk some sense into it.
